Düsseldorf is an economic region that is one of the leading international centres of trade, services and communication in Germany and Europe. Innovation and digitalization are top priorities in Düsseldorf. Regional networks and initiatives support companies by means of joint measures aimed at enhancing their innovation capacity and competitiveness. DITEC is a proactive partner in these innovation support initiatives and helps its tenants in the Innovation & Business Incubation Centre to access the many activities taking place in the region.
The place for start-ups
As an incubation centre, DITEC is the ideal location for creative and technology-based spin-offs in Düsseldorf. Both individual offices as well as laboratory space from 20 m² upwards are available for start-ups at special rates. Over 30 start-ups are at present engaged in lively exchange along the centre’s corridors and contributing to a creative working environment. The centre’s close proximity to Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf makes it an ideal place especially for university spin-offs.

Conference and seminar rooms with state-of-the-art presentation equipment and internet access are available both for tenants and external organizers for conferences, seminars and workshops.
If requested, the centre’s management team can arrange the catering. Upon request, parking spaces can also be made available on the day of the event.
