DESCRIPTION:Die quantitative PCR ist eine unverzichtbare Methode für viele
  molekularbiologische und vor allem auch diagnostische Fragestellungen.\nI
 m Rahmen dieses Seminars teilt Steinbrenner Laborsysteme GmbH seine Expert
 ise als Hersteller von Polymerasen und Mastermixen für PCR und qPCR mit d
 en Teilnehmenden.\n\nDas Seminar orientiert sich inhaltlich und in der Dar
 stellungstiefe am Kenntnisstand der Teilnehmenden. Es besteht aus einem er
 sten Teil „Grundlagen“ (Reagenzien\, Geräte\, Assay Design\, Primer D
 esign) von ca. 60 Min. Es folgt eine kurze 15 min Pause. In einem zweiten 
 Teil von ebenfalls ca. 60 Min geht es um „Advanced qPCR“ (Assay Validi
 erung/Optimierung\, Häufige Fehler\, Troubleshooting\, Datenanalyse). In 
 der abschließenden Diskussion können auch individuelle Fragen u. Problem
 e der Teilnehmenden behandelt werden.\n\nAnschließend folgt ein Get-toget
 her mit Snacks.\n\n\n\nQuantitative PCR is an indispensable method for man
 y molecular biological and especially diagnostic questions.\nIn this semin
 ar\, Steinbrenner Laborsysteme GmbH share their expertise as a manufacture
 r of polymerases and master mixes for PCR and qPCR with the participants.\
 n\nThe seminar is based on the level of knowledge of the participants in t
 erms of content and depth of presentation. It consists of a first part "Ba
 sics" (reagents\, equipment\, assay design\, primer design) of approx. 60 
 min. followed by a short break of approx. 15 min. A second part of also ap
 prox. 60 min deals with "Advanced qPCR" (assay validation/optimization\, c
 ommon errors\, troubleshooting\, data analysis). In the final discussion\,
  individual questions and problems of the participants can be addressed.\n
